Tim Quinn, President

Tim Quinn has developed strong relationships with many hundreds of Northeast Florida families he has built homes for by providing the best in design and value available in the marketplace. Tim has over 30 years experience in new home construction starting with national home builders until he created his own company in order to give a more personal, hands on experience for his clients.

Portland Swan, Builder Representative

Portland has been a licensed Realtor in the Northeast Florida area since 2005. She has worked in many various components of the home building industry including development, marketing, and sales (both in new construction and general real estate). She prides herself on keen customer service by using a hands on approach and attention to detail. Born on Long Island, Portland moved to South Florida in 1986. Later she received two degrees from University of North Florida. She is married with two teenage girls.
